Ileana Saldivia has produced some of the most covet-worthy cakes in the city. But because not every bride can fork over the $10-plus-per-serving price tag for her customized creations, the owner of Sugar Realm, Fine Bakery & Cake Design launched a more budget-friendly signature line in January 2015.
Priced between $5.50 and $8.50 per serving, the Satin Collection features four designs: crystals, blossoms, lace, and nature. All exquisite. All delicious. All unforgettable. And, coming soon to a reception near you, Saldivia will offer more options with the Art Deco Collection.
With seven cake flavors and 18 filling options to choose from, plus the flexibility to tweak the designs, these indulgent masterpieces feel anything but catalogue-y. “Every time one goes out to be delivered to a venue, it feels very rewarding,” Saldivia says.
