One of the coolest things about keeping a close eye on the real estate market is seeing diamond-in-the-rough listings when they come up. Case in point: this four bedroom, two-and-a-half bath 1974 home that, per the listing comments, “has been loved by the same family for 30+ years.”

Anyone who grew up in the 60s or 70s will respect the Brady Bunch vibe (that rec room is giving us serious flashbacks of junior high parties…), but those with an eye for design trends will see this home’s potential in a heartbeat. We’re talking a sunny two-story entry with floating staircase, angled beamed ceilings in the living room and a spacious eat-in kitchen with some incredibly fun and funky wallpaper (tell us that wouldn’t be fantastic with some neutralized cabinets and countertops?). Outside, we love the private, wooded lot and in-ground pool.

  

Unfortunately, the home’s already sale pending so we’ll have to dream about it for another day; we hope the new owners send us pictures so we can see what they decide to do with it.
