For the season, they’ve added a beef stew to the menu—and their take on the cold-weather classic adds lemongrass and cilantro to pleasantly brighten up the tomato-based broth and hearty chunks of brisket (we tried it with the bun noodles). Fair warning: It’s filling (good) and a bit too greasy (meh), so prepare to want a post-lunch nap, or at least a strong cup of coffee.
