2018 marks the second biennial Cincinnati Neighborhood Games, a week-long series founded by Westwood native Henry Frondorf. Competition starts July 21 after a bicycle torch relay and Washington Park parade of neighborhoods. There’s no age limit or skills required, and events range from tug-o-war to giant Jenga. Can 2016 winners Westwood (first), Mt. Lookout (second), and Clifton (third) hold their titles? Let the neighborhood games begin…
