Panoramic city views and beautiful parks are among the many perks of living in the Cincinnati area—and this home checks both boxes. Located on a half-acre plot in the sought-after Kenton Hills neighborhood of Covington, Kentucky, the home is within walking distance to Devou Park, a 700-acre piece of land that’s accessed by a scenic windy road and features historic homes, a golf course, and popular sledding hills.

Nearly every room in this three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath contemporary home features multiple windows that provide loads of natural light and stellar views of the Queen City. Even better? The home’s expansive upper-level deck offers additional unobstructed views, and the lower-level deck is perfect for al fresco family dinners. We bet both decks are optimal for watching the sunset, too.

Inside, the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together to form a U-shape and are each equally spacious. The living room, which provides access to the home’s lower deck, features a fireplace, wooden floors, and recessed lighting that brightens the space when the abundance of natural light isn’t enough, plus remote-controlled blinds when the sun is too bright. The dining area just off the kitchen is the main level’s focal point, though, with eight nearly floor-to-ceiling windows that form a semicircle around the space. And for the avid chef, the gourmet kitchen comes equipped with tons of cabinet and counter space, an eat-in bar that peeks into the living room, a five-burner gas range on the island, and an extra wide double-door refrigerator.

Upstairs, the master suite takes the cake. Featuring a fireplace, walk-in closet, walk-in liquor bar, vaulted ceilings, and two walls of windows (plus a sliding glass door that opens to the upper deck), the spacious master bedroom is one we soon won’t forget. The master bathroom is equally dreamy, with heated blue tile floors, a sauna, custom geometric wooden vanities, a spa-like bathtub, and a massive walk-in tiled shower with double shower heads. All in all, we’d argue this home’s views are just as breathtaking on the inside as they are the outside.
