Wildweed Featured in Bon Appétit
OTR pasta pop-up Wildweed, which opens its brick-and-mortar spot next month, was recently featured in Bon Appétit’s list of “The 8 Must-Visit New Restaurants to Try This Summer.” “After staging 225 pop-ups since 2019, David and Lydia Jackman’s roving operation is finally opening as a full-time restaurant,” says writer Kate Kassin. “As in the pop-up days, the focus will be on foraged foods—and, of course, pasta, which put Wildweed on the map.” The restaurant does not have a set opening date just yet, but this highly anticipated opening’s food is already on everyone’s lips (and tongues).
