Our favorite local ice cream shop has cooked up several eclipse options. To mark this special occasion, the Tex-Mex restaurant chain will serve up the Eclipse ‘Rita, made with LALO Blanco tequila, Gran Gala, fresh lime juice and agave nectar with a float of red wine. Municipal Brew Works
Taste the Path of Totality during the eclipse at this Hamilton brewery. It’s labeled an Altbier (a German-style beer that’s brewed in the Rhineland known for its copper coloring) but it’s made with Galaxy Hops, an Australian hop that packs citrus-y punch.
