Perched on a hill in Dayton, Kentucky, this contemporary tri-level home has mega cool vibes. It’s part of a 19-home development site called Pottebaum Point that’s situated on a single city block encompassing O’Fallon Avenue, 10th Avenue, and Walnut Street. While each home features similar elements like an open floor plan and custom finishes, we’re especially fond of this particular listing.

From the front, the mixed brick veneer and concrete exterior gives the home a high-end look. The inside is just as sleek, with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an open living space concept, totaling 2,416 square feet of finished living space.

The third level is by far our favorite space. Here you’ll find the living room, dining area, gourmet kitchen, and one half-bath arranged in a shotgun-style layout. To the left of the top of the stairs, the kitchen features stainless appliances, a gray subway tile backsplash, a sizable eat-in island, and stylish pendant lights. This flows right into the dining area and living space, which share a sloped ceiling with a single accent beam that unites the two spaces. The living space also features a built-in gas fireplace, and sliding double glass doors walk out to a 7-by-16-foot composite deck. It’s the perfect spot for evening hangouts and offers spectacular views of the neighboring city of Bellevue and the Cincinnati skyline in the distance. There’s also a small balcony just off the kitchen that overlooks the backyard.

These skyline views are also visible from the carpeted master bedroom on the second level. The en-suite master bath features two separate vanities connected by a gorgeous walk-in shower with a glass door. And just through the master bath is a walk-in closet with a small window that provides natural light.

But the cool doesn’t stop there. Just a few blocks away, a mecca of hot spots like Fairfield Market, Coda Co., and Darkness Brewing offer bites and shopping in Bellevue. Plus, the home’s location is convenient for biking to downtown, Newport, and Covington.
