Craig Johnson enlisted the help of his friend Matt King to hold a beer-tasting event at the Radisson Hotel in 2007. Eleven years later, that modest one-night event, now known as Cincy Beerfest, has transformed into a powerhouse series of weekend festivals that spans from the Queen City to Philadelphia with more than 100,000 total attendees in 2017 alone.
