The Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS), a conservation group dedicated to saving the habitats of the ruffed grouse, American woodcock, and other similar woodland creatures, is hosting their second annual Taste of Wild Game event, featuring dishes such as wild turkey (the poultry, not the bourbon), pheasant Yakitori, mallard duck, and even bear. Intrigued? See Dining Editor Joanne Drilling’s profile of RGS from our January 2015 issue.
