WHAT: Torta Milanesa, a traditional sandwich from Mexico. Slices of breaded steak, 
avocado, jalapeno, onions, tomatoes, beans, cheese, and mayonnaise layered between a soft white telera roll.
WHO: Tacos Locos, a food truck serving “los mejores tacos de Cincinnati” (I’ll have to research that claim). In addition to tortas and tacos, the owner, Juan Rosales, also serves pork, steak, chicken, or tongue quesadillas and burritos.
WHERE: You will not find this food truck downtown, near campus, or at hipster-soaked events. No. Where you will find it is parked seven days a week in a parking lot of an auto repair shop at 2785 Robertson Ave. in Oakley.
WHEN: Monday -Saturday 11am-7pm, Sunday 11am – 5pm.
BONUS: You may be the only gringo, as the truck’s customer base so far seems to be mostly Latino. This is a good sign.
