Opening Day in the Cov Street Party

Covington is getting the party started at the crack of dawn and going hard until the sun goes down at this street festival with live radio broadcasts, bands, DJs, beer, Smoke Justis barbecue, and much more. Bob & Tom will be broadcasting live from 6-10 a.m. and from noon-3 p.m. you can catch the ESPN 1530 broadcast with Tony Pike, Austin Elmore, and Mo Egger. 6 a.m.-10 p.m., Court St. & Park St., Covington

Opening Day at Rhinegeist

The OTR brewery is starting bright and early at 8:30 a.m. with breakfast sandwiches, drink specials, family friendly games, and exclusive merch. Opening Day Block Party at Court Street

The businesses of Court Street Plaza are coming together to host an Opening Day party with exclusive drink and food specials, DJs, parade views, inflatables, cornhole, and yard games all day long. 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Court Street Plaza, downtown

Opening Day Celebration at Washington Park

Oscar Mayer is hosting a party with some of the best parade views in town—and offering free hot dogs from the iconic Weinermobile. In addition to complimentary meat, there’ll be live music, inflatable baseball games, local vendors and food trucks, family activities, and giant yard games. 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Washington Park, 1230 Elm St., Over-the-Rhine

Findlay Market Opening Day Parade

It’s not Opening Day without the famous Opening Day Parade. Grand Marshall Jeff “The Cowboy” Brantley will be heading the march from Findlay Market, down Race Street, along Fifth St. by Fountain Square, and ending by the Taft Theater. The parade lasts around two hours so plan your downtown driving accordingly. noon-2 p.m., Over-the-Rhine and downtown

JonJon and Friends Opening Day Bash

The newly renamed Cincinnati Lager House is hosting one of the city’s biggest Opening Day parties with Kiss 107’s JonJon and friends. The radio personality will be doing a live broadcast from the celebration alongside games, food, beer, and DJs. Tickets for the noon-4 p.m. VIP party are $40 and include a buffet, three drink tickets, Fest Tent access, and cocktails by Molly Wellmann. Reds Opening Day On The Levee

Newport on the Levee will be transformed into a giant watch party with the game on the big screens, food and drink specials, a live DJ, and a ceremonial first pitch thrown by a special guest.
