Right now, fitness is safer outdoors or in highly ventilated, open spaces. While gyms across the country continue to shut down in response to COVID-19 concerns, local fitness studios are providing creative ways to teach classes in a socially distanced manner. If you’re looking to move your body while practicing social distancing, try these summer workouts.
