Fischer Homes is building its 20th Dream Home as part of a more than 25-year partnership with the Cincinnati St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, donating time and materials so every dollar raised goes directly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Since 2003, Fischer and its trade partners have helped raise more than $36 million for St. Jude. The Dream Home campaign is one of the hospital’s largest donations. “Fischer has been involved for over 20 years and it’s because of how unique St. Jude’s mission is,” says Elizabeth Seiter, corporate communication specialist at The Fischer Group. “Ensuring that no family receives a bill for treatment, housing, travel, or food is a mission that our company finds really important. We’re happy to be able to support them.”
This year’s coastal-inspired design is a bright, inviting space that brings the latest trends in home design to life. The 2,000-square-foot home with a $540,000 estimated value has a three-bedroom, three-bath floor plan, and is located in the Reserve at Deer Run community on the west side of Cincinnati. It’s a new open-concept Fischer design that includes flexible spaces like a guest suite and large study. Luxury finishes like quartz countertops in the kitchen and covered front and back porches add cozy features to the home. “The Dream Home is an opportunity to showcase the latest design trends and give people a look at what’s possible,” says Seiter. “It has flexible spaces that today’s buyers are looking for. We want people to walk through and really feel inspired.” On top of the home’s amenities, the neighborhood has more than 100 acres of open green space and walking trails—and it’s only 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.
Can I see inside the St. Jude Dream Home?
Yes! The public has the opportunity to tour the home during the free weekend open houses that start on May 23 and run through June 7. The Dream Home will be open Saturdays 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and Sundays noon–5 p.m.

Tickets are $100 each and available now on the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway website. You can also call (800) 537-1735 or download a printable mail-in form.
