Watermelon ensalada, wagyu tartare, and lamb apple curry with wine selections to match—these are just some of the delicacies enjoyed by guests at the fifth year of Savor Cincinnati at The Cincinnati Club. Each of four nights featured a pair of chefs from different restaurants collaborating on a five-course meal, available only once, and coming out to show us what happens behind the kitchen door.
