An intimate wedding ceremony followed by a backyard reception really let Jessica Schwein and James Chumbley connect with their guests on June 6, 2020.

New York City–based Love, Amarie Studio turned Jess’s mother’s wedding dress into a custom clutch purse, which served as a special sentimental detail for the big day.

For the reception, pre-packaged Swine-Dawgs Spicy Pretzels, which Jess’s dad sells, were the perfect COVID-friendly appetizer. The couple also served Eli’s BBQ, and instead of a cake, they opted for an ice cream sundae cart from Aglamesis Bro’s Ice Cream.

The happy couple currently resides in Silverton. The groom works in sales, and the bride is a regional human resources director.
