Xavier Athletics Launches Muskie Lager
College basketball season is around the corner and Xavier University’s Athletics Department is partnering with Cincinnati Beverage Company to launch Muskie Lager. The 4.9% ABV beer marks the return of the Burger Beer brand, which was a regional powerhouse on the brewery scene after Prohibition. The new brew will be available at the Cintas Center starting at the men’s exhibition basketball game against Murray State University on October 18 as well as at select bars and restaurants around town. A portion of all retail sales of the beer will support Xavier student-athletes through the school’s All For One Fund.
