FC Cincinnati and hospitality partner Levy unveiled several dishes that will be available at the new West End Stadium, opening March 2021. The menu will include Cincinnati favorites in addition to new vendors, craft beers, and locally sourced ingredients that go beyond typical stadium fare.

“We’re going to provide clean, fresh ingredients so you know you’re going to get the best quality,” says Jonathan Williams, vice president regional chef for Levy. While usual stadium favorites like hot dogs and nachos will be for sale, fans can also opt for higher-end options, such as banh mi sandwiches, plant-based Impossible Burgers, and personalized barbecue bowls.

“There will be a balance of household Cincinnati names with new creative, innovative destinations,” says Jeff Smith, FC Cincinnati’s vice president of ticket sales and service.

Cincinnati staples like Skyline Chili and Frisch’s will be represented, as well as Queen City Sausage, local barbecue sauces, locally sourced grab-and-go salads, and a seasonal menu with local produce and a dynamic craft beer selection. Chicago-based Levy says it is committed to bringing in local farmers and food suppliers in the new venture.

“When we partner with a team, we first try to understand what’s important to them and their fans,” says Chad Gregory, Levy regional director of operations. He adds that the stadium will take on a “neighborhood feel,” where each dining area offers something unique. Those zones—from market stand concessions to all-you-can-eat club areas—will be organized in an accessible way that keeps in mind the pace of the game.

As the March 2021 season approaches and the West End stadium’s menu continues to grow, FC Cincinnati and Levy will invite club and suite holders to try dishes and offer feedback.
