Happy New Year! It’s officially 2026 in the Queen City, and there are plenty of events to get your year started. Here are a few to check out.


Andrew Dismukes Stand-Up

Comedian and current Saturday Night Live cast member Andrew Dismukes will be performing four stand-up sets over two days at the Liberty Funny Bone. Friday shows will be at 7 and 9:45 p.m. and Saturday shows will be at 6:30 and 9:15 p.m. Tickets are $32 for general admission, $37 for VIP, and attendees must be at least 21 and show ID to enter. Dark Yoga

Hello Sunshine Yoga is offering you the chance to release any stress, anger, and dark energy from your body for the new year at this special class. Bloom OTR queens Nala Jones and Evelyn Everything are hosting an interactive watch party for the season 18 premiere of RuPaul’s Drag Race. The viewing party will be followed by the 10 p.m. drag show hosted by Jessica Dimon. Tolkien Night at Esoteric Brewing

Full Moon Walk at Rowe Woods

The Cincinnati Nature Center is inviting families to walk the trails after hours under the glow of the Wolf Moon at Rowe Woods. Rangers will lead the guided 1.5-mile trek complete with educations stops to talk about history, nature, and mindfullness. 30 local comedians will be performing their first jokes of the year and one of their jokes for the last time at this “Bombs Away!” New Years showcase. Toy Story in Concert

The Cincinnati Pops will be providing live orchestral accompaniment to the 1995 animated classic, Toy Story. The Pops, conducted by Damon Gupton, will be performing all of Randy Neman’s original score alongside a screening of the movie.
