The String Queens at Ludlow Garage
The String Queens, a trio of educators/string musicians that has played Carnegie Hall, Wimbledon, and the 2021 Presidential Inauguration concert, is bringing their musical talents to Ludlow Garage. Yes, it’s a run in your undies, but it’s also a major fundraiser for those affected by neurofibromatosis. The run itself is short—around one mile, taking off at 2 p.m.— sandwiched between hours of charitable pantsless partying at Queen City Radio. Celebrate Black Voices at Rhinegeist
Rhinegeist will be honoring Black History Month with a full day of festivities in the taproom. There will be a pop-up market with Black food and craft vendors, music by DJ Celine, and more. The event will also be the seasonal launch of Ginger Mack (a tropical beer with ginger,) named after Theodore Mack, Sr., the owner of America’s first black-owned brewery.
