Whether you’re vegan or just looking to make more healthy choices, eating a plant-based meal shouldn’t mean compromising on flavor. Enter Herbistro: a 100 percent plant-based eatery in The Gatherall food hall at Factory 52. Opened by Herban Vegans owner Danielle DeLaine, Herbistro is full service and makes everything in-house.

The BBQ jackfruit flatbread will satisfy your cravings whether you’re an herbivore or a meat-eater. Crispy flatbread is piled with tender, seared jackfruit that’s tossed in house-made barbecue sauce and topped with grilled peppers and onions, melted cheese, and finished with pickled onions for a pop of bright flavor. Flatbread fans will also enjoy the Caribbean jerk “chicken” (your choice of grilled seitan or mushrooms) and the Mediterranean, topped with hummus and mushrooms.
