We’ve always been into the Alms Park Pavilion. This classy little spot—kid sister to the glitzier Ault Park Pavilion—feels like an Italian villa in the middle of Cincinnati. And now you can live there. Obviously not really. But close.
This three-story, early-1920s stucco home sits on a leafy street in North Avondale, just a few minutes from Xavier University, the University of Cincinnati, and local destinations like the Cincinnati Zoo. And it’s about 15 minutes from downtown.
