While on the hunt for the “Top 10 Best Restaurants In Town,” we decided to take a plunge into the world of fancy drinks to find the classiest of classy recipes. Here are three fancy potions to try:

Corpse Reviver #2
Shake with ice:
¾ oz. Bombay Sapphire gin
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. Cointreau
¾ oz. Lillet Blanc
½ oz. simple syrup
To serve:
Rinse glass with Galliano liqueur
Strain and garnish with a lemon twist
Twist on a Stormy Morning
Build in a flute, no ice:
½ oz. Crème de Violette
1 oz. St. Germain
½ oz. fresh lime juice
Top with sparkling sake, like Zipang
Garnish with a long lemon twist
Salted Bourbon
For rim:
Sorghum syrup, dripped over rim of glass
Cherry wood smoked salt, found at Colonel De Gourmet Herbs and Spices, sprinkle onto sorghum
For drink:
2 oz. Elijah Craig 12-year small batch bourbon, poured over one large ice cube
