Named after the Mexican-American professional wrestler Tito Santana, this one-of-a-kind-pizza was approved by Santana himself after he visited a Dewey’s location in Columbus a couple of years ago. The pie is made with a taco sauce base, a generous amount of seasoned ground beef, a creamy blend of chihuahua and cheddar cheeses, red onion, and corn chips. After it’s baked in the 525-degree oven, it’s topped with shredded lettuce and tomatoes and drizzled with housemade chipotle ranch. If you order it to go, these fresh toppings will be packaged and prepared on the side to add when you get home. Make it vegetarian by swapping the ground beef for Dewey’s signature black bean corn salsa and make it allergy conscious with the gluten-free crust. Like all of Dewey’s famed fresh ingredients, Tito’s toppings are made in-house each day. From freshly grated cheeses to the homemade sauces, each bite has knockout flavor. Despite petitions to bring it on the menu full time, it’s only here for a limited time—so don’t miss out on this killer pie.
