Based on seasonal offerings from local farmers, Bouquet’s tasting menu changes weekly. Recent dishes included farm-to-table first, second, and third course of Gunthorp Farm’s chicken wings in buttermilk and buffalo sauce and Sakura Farm’s Wagyu burger topped with pimento cheese and sauerkraut. From delicious appetizers to pastries, Chef Stephen Williams ensures that sustainably sourced foods become ever-changing delicacies in four courses.

While Nicola’s always offers a variety of fresh pasta dishes, the five-course tasting menu is the most recommended choice. Designed by Chef Cristian Pietoso, the menu features items such as goat cheese salad and seared diver scallops, spaghetti alla chitarra and lamb rack, topped off by a chocolate hazelnut custard. Be sure to pair this dinner option with a bottle of wine from the restaurant’s extensive collection.

Tucked in the garden-inspired bar area, private parties of up to 8 can enjoy an ever-changing tasting menu of creative, seasonal dishes made with farm- and garden-fresh ingredients at Please. Try the ricotta and egg yolk-stuffed ravioli drizzled in pumpkin juice and crab stock or the cabbage sprouts with seaweed, homemade yogurt, horseradish, and habanada chile pepper. After a short hibernation during the pandemic, Boca is back with a full tasting menu that constantly changes, one day offering a truffle mac and cheese, and the next, serving up some of their classics, like brussels sprouts and scallops.
