Salazar

For $30 per person, Chef Jose Salazar has created a prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu that offers classic Turkey Day favorites. Each order includes roasted turkey, with the option of all-white meat or a mix of white and dark as well as turkey gravy, dinner rolls, and a farm greens salad. You’ll get to choose three sides from a variety of options—we suggest the artisan bread stuffing, sweet corn pudding, and roasted sweet potatoes with brown sugar butter. And finish the meal by satisfying your sweet tooth with chocolate pots de crème with peanuts and vanilla whip or a pumpkin cheesecake with candied walnuts.
