ESTABLISHED 1869
MISSION A network of neighbors, inspired by Gospel values, growing in holiness and building a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need.
SERVING OUR COMMUNITY For more than 156 years, St. Vincent de Paul – Cincinnati has provided compassionate, person-to-person care for neighbors throughout Cincinnati and Hamilton County. More than 1,000 Vincentian volunteers, based in local Catholic parishes, visit the homes of neighbors in need to offer material, emotional, and spiritual support.
SVDP also operates the Neyer Outreach Center, home to innovative programs in homelessness prevention, food access, and pharmacy services. Through three Charitable Pharmacies, nine thrift stores, a network of neighborhood food pantries (including the Catino Choice Food Pantry in the West End), and the Ozanam Center for Service Learning, SVDP meets people where they are and helps them find stability, dignity, and hope.
