House 1: The Phoenix
Built by Ashford Custom Homes, this phoenix doesn’t rise from the ashes, but rather stands tall and steely. The modern exterior is wrapped in Hardie Architectural Panels, which lend a contemporary appearance while still delivering on longevity and peace of mind with the durable material. Inside, three bedrooms, three full baths, and two half-baths are situated within the 3,330-square-foot plan. The interior is light and bright throughout but includes numerous thoughtful touches.
In the living room, a coffered ceiling is clad in a natural woodgrain that brings a sense of richness and texture against the predominantly white palette. The kitchen has Thermador appliances with paneled fronts, lending an effortless air of elegance. Whitewashed stone texturizes one wall, serving as the perfect backdrop to a pair of dramatic, ceiling-height, glass-front cabinets. While the four-story elevator will take you wherever you want to go, make sure to stop on the lower level to enjoy the sauna and cold-plunge tub, ideally situated next to the home gym.

House 2: The Falcon
This LEED Gold certified residence is built by Chris Gorman Homes. Though undoubtedly sophisticated in design, there’s an underlying current of childhood whimsy and imagination, as it nods to Cincinnati’s connection to Star Wars action figure toys (Kenner Toys manufactured the iconic figurines right here in the Queen City). Smart home features, like the JOSH AI System, give a futuristic feel. Lighting, blinds, audio, and more can be controlled via voice command for helpful convenience without getting too techy.
Stepping into the kitchen feels as if you’ve been transported into a Southern California mansion, where everything is bathed in a warm, peachy glow from the afternoon sun. It’s a soft space, with low-hanging light fixtures, a fluted range hood, backlit floating shelves, ample cabinet space, and what feels like endless natural light. The home features three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a pleasant mix of private and communal spaces across 3,200 square feet. The grand primary suite is perched atop the third floor for the ultimate in relaxation, with a spa-worthy bathroom and private covered deck.

House 3: Dimora
Classic Living Homes presents Dimora—which means ‘dwelling’ in Italian. Its sleek exterior emphasizes modernity, with crisp lines and stylish symmetry, capped off with a flat roof. The design brief remains consistent inside, where large, grid-less windows allow natural light to pour into the living spaces. The sunshine, paired with the neutral color palette, energizes the open concept plan. Ten-foot ceilings across three of the four floors also enhance the effect. A warmer aesthetic appears in the large kitchen, where wood cabinetry in a darker, nutty tone feels soft and comfortable. Guests will want to sit and stay a while, whether gathered at the sizable, waterfall island or spread into the dining and living rooms.
There are three bedrooms with four-and-a-half bathrooms spread across the 4,035-square-foot design. A sophisticated staircase, complete with glass railings, winds through all four floors. Storage is plentiful throughout the home but fits seamlessly with the design in the form of built-ins, window seats, and more. On the top floor, a media room provides the perfect space for movie nights, or guests can spill out onto the rooftop deck, with a kitchenette, ample seating, fire table, and large TV.

House 4: The William
Designed by WP Land Company, The William brings a warm, Southern style to Foundry Park. Large front porches adorn two floors, just waiting for a few rocking chairs and a big pitcher of extra sweet tea. The warm, welcoming vibe carries through to the interior. Its 4,421-square-foot floorplan features three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The layout follows an open concept with Charleston-inspired design. Think classic touches that have been livened up by more vibrant colors and patterns. Unique wallpaper and tile selections enhance the high-end architectural details.
In the kitchen, light-colored cabinetry is elevated by marble countertops that continue up the wall to form the backsplash. A limewashed range hood brings texture to the space. The home embraces holistic living, and the lower level is fully devoted to wellness. It features a plunge pool, sauna, and fitness room/yoga studio. A connection to the outdoors is maintained via multiple porches, a covered patio (with retractable screens), and a large al fresco dining area under an expansive pergola on the fourth floor.

House 5: The Brownstone
For those who love the iconic look of a Big Apple Brownstone, Heritage Building Group and Associates has brought a taste of New York City style to the heart of Cincinnati. Aptly named The Brownstone, its interior is a continuation of the classic exterior. Old world charm greets you within moments of entering the front door. The living room features a coffered ceiling with gleaming woodgrain finish, while a rich dark green appears alongside the fireplace. This same green appears throughout the home, beginning with the exterior trim and continuing as an accent color elsewhere (don’t miss the solid green commode in the powder room—hello, retro!).
Special touches, like punchy patterned wallpaper, colorfully painted ceilings, and vintage-styled light fixtures give The Brownstone that feeling of storied, solid bones, but with the convenient amenities of new construction. There are four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half-baths across 4,000 square feet. The fourth floor is all about entertaining, with a wet bar and entertaining area combo that can open up—via a twelve-foot bi-folding door—to connect with the covered porch. It’s equipped with infrared heaters, so the space can be enjoyed even when the temperature plummets.

House 6: The Obsidian
As you approach The Obsidian, there’s a chance the theme song from 2001: A Space Odyssey might begin playing in your head. Built by Justin Doyle Homes, the monolithic form is striking. Bold, black brick is mixed with architectural siding and cedar accents for the ultimate in urban elegance. Inside, the modern drama continues. The color palette stays close to black and white throughout, but the timeless combo serves as an ideal backdrop to amplify unique details. From the sleek, floating staircase to the plant wall to the glass-walled office, there’s something special on each floor.
Three bedrooms and five bathrooms stretch across 4,329 square feet. The kitchen is incredibly sleek but equally hardworking, with enviable counter and island space, separate coffee nook, and paneled Thermador appliances. Golf aficionados will love to practice their swing in not one, but two different areas. The top floor boasts a golf simulator and mini bar inside, while the putting green and lounge space bask in the sunshine.
House 7: The Eleanor
Built by Somerset Custom Homes, The Eleanor cuts an elegant form, with a traditional exterior that’s been modernized in subtle ways. One entire corner of the elevation features two stories of floor-to-ceiling windows. Once inside, this same area reveals a dramatic floating staircase, complete with statement lighting, that’s one of the home’s architectural highlights. Natural light seems to pour in from every angle of the home, not just this well-appointed corner. Light-hued wood lends lovely texture throughout, without feeling heavy. The interior aesthetic is akin to life inside a champagne bottle—all golds and creams, with tasteful glamour and effortless effervescence. Even the pendant lights over the waterfall island resemble dangling diamond dewdrops.
With all the glitz aside, there’s plenty of meaningful substance underneath. The Eleanor’s LEED certification translates to sustainable living, plus serious savings, with a tax abatement through 2039. The 3,833-square-foot home features three serene bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half-baths. On the top floor, entertainment reigns supreme with a backlit bar, large rec space, screened porch, and private hot tub.
