Factory 52’s 10,000-square-foot food hall, known as The Gatherall, is home to 16 local food vendors under one roof. On Wednesday, August 7, vegans and foodies alike can attend the Vegan Progressive Dinner, a five-course, plant-based tapas menu.
Diners can enjoy vegan dishes from the chefs at Melt Test Kitchen, Gabriella’s Filipina Kantina, and Shango’s Taqueria, with a dessert from Molly’s Cupcakes. To wash it down, a selection of seasonal cocktails and mocktails will be served up by the food hall’s bar, According to Hoyle.
“We are thrilled to host this unique vegan progressive dinner,” Giacomo Ciminello, general manager at The Gatherall. “This event is a testament to our commitment to offering diverse and exceptional dining experiences.”
The event’s menu includes Watermelon Gazpacho & BBQ Hawaiian Tempeh, Smokey Jerked Mushroom & Yellow Squash Caramelized Onion Canape, and King Oyster Scallops.
