Founded in 1921, Thomas More University is dedicated to providing a high-quality, liberal arts education rooted in the Catholic Intellectual Tradition. We challenge students to examine the ultimate meaning of life, their place in the world, and their responsibility to others.
Students learn by doing with immersive, hands-on opportunities at the Biology Field Station on the Ohio River, Thomas More Observatory, clinical and skills labs, and more. In 2024 the new state-of-the-art Academic Center opened, housing the Robert W. Plaster College of Business, Zembrodt Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, the Center for Faith, Mission, and Catholic Education, and the Ziegler Auditorium.
A beacon of academic excellence and innovation, Thomas More University encourages students to Make It More. The University supports a transformative educational experience guided in the pursuit of knowledge, ethical leadership, and the integration of faith and reason.
