Customers will head to the Cookie Walk, choose a box, fill it with their choice of sweets made by the Jungle Jim’s bakery, and pay based on weight. Purr, Paint, Sip with Rescue Cats
Enjoy a two-hour painting class followed by kitty cuddles at the cutest paint and sip in town. This week’s Meat Raffle at Binski’s Bar is going to be more of a Rifa de Carne as the whole thing will be presented in both English and Spanish with all proceeds benefiting the Cincinnati Interfaith Workers’ Center’s Immigrant Defense Fund. High quality cuts of meat from Wyoming Meat Market and vegan “cuts” from Harmony Plant Fare will be up for grabs. You can play the Mörk Borg, a demonic journey into sacrificing monsters that resemble the “12 Days of Christmas,” Punk’s Been Dead Since ’79 where you and your friends go on a chaotic Christmas road trip, Corner Office in which you work for a company that sued Santa, or Animal Adventures, a more kid-friendly tale of toys coming to life and wreaking havoc on a holiday festival. Movie Night Double Feature: Shrek and Midsommar
The good people at Urban Artifact dare to wonder how the human psyche would be affected by watching DreamWorks animated classic Shrek back-to-back with the A24 folk horror film Midsommar. Shrek will start at 6 p.m. and Midsommar at 8 p.m. If you want to stretch your brain’s limits even further, try drinking one of their THC sodas during the screenings.
