Charm is an iconic fall event and makes for a perfect date night or girls’ day out.

This one-of-a-kind, upscale, open-air shopping experience happens only three weekends a year, each June, August, and October.

As you stroll through the fields of this gorgeous 56-acre former horse farm with a cocktail or coffee in hand, you’ll peruse Charm’s 110+ carefully curated specialty boutiques with fun fall and holiday finds around every corner.

These incredible, talented vendors from across the country come together exclusively at Charm to co-create a magical outdoor experience you won’t find anywhere else.

Charm offers an eclectic mix of boho styles, including rustic, vintage, and handmade items, repurposed furniture, jewelry, clothing, home decor, gifts, and more.

It features small business boutiques like Mountain Feather Designs, Rust & Cinder, American Pie, and Buckeye Charm, so you’ll feel good about supporting local too.

While you shop, you’ll want to pick up one of their beautiful mini charcuterie boards, or head to food truck row behind the barn to grab a bite from their wide selection of sweet and savory food options and drinks including coffee, tacos, pizza, BBQ, funnel cakes, popcorn, and more.

There’s also an exclusive Charm cocktail offered to VIPs on Friday night, in addition to beer and wine available all weekend.

Those who attend these markets regularly, known as “Charmers,” typically dress to the nines.

If you opt to shop VIP style on Friday night, you’ll also get free re-entry on Saturday or Sunday!

New this fall, Charm is offering valet parking as an add-on when you purchase your tickets online in advance!

This is a huge benefit, so you don’t have to lug your fun fall finds all the way to your car. This new valet service makes shopping at Charm super accessible too.

This female-owned and carefully curated market isn’t just a memorable shopping experience. Its founders also believe strongly in giving back to important community causes.

$1 of every 2025 Charm ticket goes directly to the nonprofit Giving Voice Foundation which provides free local programming for those dealing with memory loss like Alzheimer’s and dementia and their caregivers.

Market ticket types range from $9–$20. Parking is free, and valet service is just $5.
