Charm at the Farm Celebrates a Decade of Charm

New ownership, expanded experiences, and even more ways to shop small and give back mark the beloved market’s 10th anniversary season.

Ten years ago, a former Clydesdale horse farm was transformed into a vibrant market venue, and Charm at the Farm opened its gates for the first time, inviting shoppers to experience something special: a carefully curated open-air shopping experience filled with beautiful finds, creative small businesses, and a mission to give back.

This year, the beloved Lebanon destination celebrates a decade of Charm with new ownership, fresh experiences, and an even bigger commitment to community.

Since its 2017 debut, Charm has grown into a can’t-miss tradition for thousands of loyal attendees, affectionately known as “Charmers.” Three weekends each year, the picturesque 56-acre farm becomes a lively shopping destination where friends gather, makers shine, and memories are made.

CELEBRATING A NEW CHAPTER

The anniversary season also brings fresh new leadership to the helm of the popular event. Retired executive Wendy Vollrath and her husband, Matt, have purchased the property and now live on-site. Wendy, a longtime attendee and advocate for Charm, joins founder Amy Doyle as co-owner.

That personal connection matters. With Wendy based at the farm year-round, the team is committed to continuing to elevate the Charm experience while preserving the thoughtful curation and welcoming atmosphere that have defined Charm from the beginning.

“My sister and I have been coming to Charm since the beginning, so it already feels like home,” Wendy says. “Now, having the opportunity to be co-owner and welcome our Charmers back with new enhancements to the farm this year makes this milestone year even more meaningful.”

MORE TO DISCOVER IN 2026

Each 2026 market features more than 115 curated vendors offering vintage goods, handmade items, repurposed furniture, home decor, clothing, jewelry, gifts, and more. It features small business boutiques like Mountain Feather Designs, Rust & Cinder, American Pie and Buckeye Charm, so you’ll feel good about supporting local too.

More than 40 new vendors will join each market, traveling from throughout Ohio and as far away as Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, the Carolinas, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Beyond the shopping, Charmers will notice thoughtful upgrades throughout the farm this year. Expanded parking makes entry to the farm easier, while a new, larger barn and ambiance enhancements create even more opportunities to explore and linger. Enjoy live music from DJ ETrayn on select dates, lots of food trucks, a mini farmers market, farm animals like mini highland cows, new plant and garden vendors, and expanded drink options, including a signature Charm cocktail, make it easy to turn a shopping trip into a full girls’ day out or date-day escape.

Pets of Ohio Rescue Team will also be returning on site with adorable, adoptable kittens and puppies for you to love on (and possibly take home).

The milestone celebration also includes exclusive 10th anniversary photo opportunities, keepsake swag and surprise giveaways during each event. The first 50 VIP tickets sold before each market include a complimentary Charm tote.

SHOPPING WITH A PURPOSE

Charm’s impact has always extended beyond the farm gates. Since the beginning, the women-owned market has elevated primarily women-owned small businesses and supported a different charitable cause each year.

In honor of the 10th anniversary, $1 from every ticket sold across all 2026 markets will be donated at year-end to several past charitable partners: Matthew 25: Ministries, Eve Center, HER Cincinnati, Madi’s House, The Centurion Project, and Giving Voice Foundation. Shoppers can also make an additional donation online when purchasing their Charm tickets to support these local causes.

“For the past decade, we’ve been very intentional about curating vendors and creating meaningful ways to give back to causes we care about,” Amy says. “With Wendy now part of leading our Charm vision and with her being based on-site, we’re able to further elevate the Charm experience while continuing to support causes close to our hearts.”

The remaining 2026 Charm at the Farm markets take place August 14–15 and October 16–18 at 4953 Bunnell Hill Rd. in Lebanon. Whether you’re searching for fall decor, one-of-a-kind gifts, a great outfit, or simply an excuse to spend a day with your favorite people, the anniversary season offers more ways than ever to experience the magic of Charm on a gorgeous day.

Tickets range from $10 to $20, and parking is free. VIP and Early Bird tickets must be purchased online in advance and include weekend-long re-entry. General admission tickets are available online or at the gate.
