Yogoat is teaming up with Rhinegeist Brewery this weekend for one of our favorite Instagram trends: goat yoga. Find your flow at either of the two sessions (10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.) while Pygmy goats assist you with that perfect downward dog or warrior pose. What’s better than a relaxing yoga flow surrounded by breathtaking art pieces? You’ve got us there. Join Modo Yoga at 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati for its weekly Sunday Yoga with Art series. Sessions are $5 at the door and attendees should bring their own mat or towel and water. Class starts at 9:30 a.m., but arrive early to grab your spot as space is limited!

Whether you prefer isometric movements and pulses or a sweaty cardio sesh, P&G’s last Workout on the Green of the season features workouts for every fitness fanatic.
