City living comes with many benefits: easy access to I-71 and I-75, being within walking distance of major arts institutions like Music Hall and the Aronoff, and good food (restaurants, farmers markets, food trucks, you name it) around every corner. But, it has its downfalls as well—namely, what all the smoke and pollution can do to your skin.
Enter Passport to Healthy Skin on June 1, a free event put on by POPSUGAR and Simple Skincare at Findlay Market that addresses how city living can make skin sensitive, and offers tips on how to navigate the stresses of city life via healthy eating, fitness, relaxation, and skin care.
“I’ve learned that living in a city makes staying healthy from the inside–out a little more trying,” says POPSUGAR Fitness Assistant Editor Lizzie Fuhr. “Passport to Healthy Skin offers access to resources that can make a big impact on your skin’s health and general well-being. I’ll be on hand in Cincinnati to share tried-and-true POPSUGAR tips that can upgrade your routine and help you live a healthier, more balanced life.”
Expect samples of healthy recipes from Fresh Table, on-site yoga with Yoga ah! Studio, chair massages, and plenty of freebies: Guests get a passport and a tote full of Simple Skincare product samples, and 150 guests will receive a POPSUGAR Must Have Box filled with over $100 worth of fashion, fitness, and food products. See you in downward dog!
