A Little Mayhem at J. Crew

Remember Mayhem, the 4-year-old Cincinnati kid who took the fashion world by storm with her paper dresses? Well, the mayhem has not subsided: She just collaborated with J. Crew to design a crewcuts collection, and let’s just say she doesn’t seem to have lost a bit of her spunk or fashion sense.
