Look for: Suede or leather, either flat or heeled. Wear with: Skirts, a tunic dress and coat, or fitted pants. “Boots will be a go-to for any trend you’re seeing during fall, and over-the-knee boots are one of our favorites this season,” says Ashley.
Stiletto Boot
Look for: Sleek, with a heel that’s slim but not super-skinny. Wear with: Skinny jeans and an oversize sweater, or a flowy, above-the-knee skirt with a blouse and jacket. “With these, subtle is best—you want little to no embellishment, like these Valentino booties,”
says Maitland.
