The Chianti braised beef—a rich, deep-flavored dish—would feel right at home in the Tuscan region. The creamy, meltingly tender au gratin potatoes are a comfort-food lover’s dream. And the award-winning soups had tasters at the Taste of Northern Cincinnati asking, “Where’s your restaurant?”
The deft hand of Chef Brad Muchnicki at Sharonville Convention Center offers everything from the sophisticated flavors of gourmet cuisine to traditional dishes. The Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef spent nearly a decade in the hospitality industry in addition to his work in restaurants, which gives him an extensive range of talents coupled with a nimble mindset.
Starting with the proposed menu, clients select options or customize to fit their tastes—that’s easy, Muchnicki says, because just about everything is made in-house from scratch. Later, the chef personally greets clients and offers a tasting—a small event, in and of itself—where they see and sample Muchnicki’s vision of the food and its presentation, meet the service staff, and make final decisions.
With premium fresh fare presented in a beautiful new building, an event at Sharonville Convention Center raises the bar and beats typical convention center expectations.
“I like seeing great food, I love working with great food—that’s why I became a chef,” Muchnicki says. “Some of our repeat clients say, ‘Chef, do whatever you want to do. We trust you.’ That’s a great feeling to have, hearing that from a client.”
As if the food wasn’t tempting enough, Sharonville Convention Center is also offering a chance to win a $5,000 credit toward your next event. They draw a new winner each month, so check out the details here.
