A child’s development is never on vacation. Luckily, kids can kick start their summer at YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day, a free event to inspire them to stay healthy and active.
Here’s why your family should attend:
- Obstacle courses and climbing walls
Kids will test their strength and overcome challenges with these fun activities.
- Soccer lessons from FC Cincinnati
They can meet and interact with their favorite local sports stars.
- Healthy food samplings
Trying these foods is a great way for kids to learn nutritious (and tasty!) eating habits.
- Visits with superheroes and princesses
Your child’s imagination will run wild when they transport into their own story or fairy tale.
- Farm animals
They can visit with Parky’s Farm’s ponies, chickens, goats, cows and more.
- Family photo booth and bouncy house
The entire family can join in on the fun!
After a day full of fun, kids will be inspired to keep their minds and bodies active all summer long.
The event will be held on April 28 from 10 am to 2 pm at Parky’s Farm, a 100-acre educational park, located at 10073 Daly Road in Cincinnati.
Healthy Kids Day hosted by the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati and Great Parks of Hamilton County, along with title sponsor, Delta Air Lines.
