Normally we don’t feature homes that are still under construction but the renderings on this one are so realistic (and cool) that we wanted to share. Apparently we weren’t alone – when the property’s owner-to-be wrote the contract for this lot, they specified “finishes as shown in renderings,” says listing agent Mike Franz. Based on that, the finished structure by builder Jim Bronzie will have a sleek louvered screen wall out front, an ultra-modern kitchen with an extra-long island, a large rooftop deck with wood-look flooring and some pretty amazing city views from the living and bedrooms, too. It will also be LEED platinum certified and only the second home in Cincinnati to be “Passive Certified” as well (an efficiency standard that originated in Europe, says Franz).
What blew us away was learning how the city views in the renderings look so realistic; turns out the architect / visual designer who created the images inserted actual photos of the city, taken by drone from the height of each floor-to-be. So any time you see a city view in these renderings, you’re looking at the real deal. Pretty cool use of technology if you ask us; can’t wait to see how the finished home matches up.
