On The Market: A Norwood Cottage

It’s easy to fall in love with this charming brick-and-stone cottage, thanks to archways inside and out, coved ceilings, stained-and-leaded glass windows, stone fireplaces and random width pegged wood floors. We’re especially fond of how the current homeowners updated around original tiles—white with forest green trim in the kitchen & white with royal blue in bathroom, plus a new painted vanity to match.

Check out the current owners’ note to potential buyers, titled Reasons Why We’ve Loved This Home: “Our relationship began here, our marriage began here and we brought two beautiful baby girls home here. We loved living here so much that our youngest daughter’s middle name is Norwood.” If that’s not a sign of a good home, we don’t know what is.
