If you ask us, some of the prettiest views of downtown Cincinnati can be found in northern Kentucky. This penthouse, in a building aptly named Domaine de la Rive, is no exception, as the listing photos show. Inside, the totally gutted and reconfigured unit has a spacious open floorplan with two seating areas, a generous-sized dining room and a wall of glass doors and windows leading out to the terrace (check out that view).

Down the hall and a couple steps up are the bedrooms—lovely all, though we’re partial to the master suite, which has its own sitting area, a massive room-sized closet, a totally chic master bath and its own terrace (did you see the view?). The unit also comes with up to four parking spaces, though honestly, we’re not really sure why you would ever leave (because, for real… what do you think of that view?).
