Looking for a home that’s quiet and in the city? This house on Berry Avenue is an adorable, newly renovated spot in the middle of it all with urban-style amenities inside, too. The lot is on the corner with a side and backyard that’s surrounded by a fence that provides privacy for kids and pets to have a space to play. Inside, the home is relatively open with a flowy floor plan and a gorgeous kitchen right at its heart.

Granite countertops, dark wood and white cabinets, exposed brick, and stainless appliances elevate the space, and the island at the center creates the perfect spot for mingling in between rooms. There’s even a charming breakfast nook in the corner with built-in bench seating that’s just waiting for you to slide in your table.

The dining room, which sits in between the living space and the kitchen, could be kept as a formal dining space, or it could be converted into an extra seating-slash-entertaining area. With that drink fridge and bar area, we’re kind of hoping you choose the latter.

At the front of the house, you’ll find a cozy living space with a warm and inviting original fireplace on the wall and plenty of room for a sectional sofa. High ceilings and breezy give the whole space a bright and airy vibe that makes this home shine.

Flex space is aplenty here but take special note of the room in the back of the home, at the bottom of the stairs. The space is currently used as a seating area, but it could easily be used as a playroom or workout space—we’re imagining a Peloton and a couple of weights or organized shelving for the kids. Nearby, you’ll find a laundry room and half-bath with the cutest wallpaper.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has hardwood floors with a walk-in closet and fireplace. In the bathroom, the massive soaking tub is framed by four windows that bring in boatloads of sunshine. Plus, there’s a separate shower and large vanity on opposite walls.

A cool, loft-like detail is a spiral staircase that leads to a third-floor room. The current owner uses it as a playroom, but it can be anything: a work-from-home office, teen hangout spot, or a cozy bedroom.

Outside, the backyard features a patio and small yard for entertaining. The best part of the home might be its walkability. It’s a few blocks from The Party Source, Darkness Brewing, Yuca, and plenty more popular spots in Bellevue. City living in Northern Kentucky never looked so good!
