John Ford, the GM at The Littlefield, makes this Manhattan in large batches, and we do mean large: He mixes them up three gallons at a time. If that’s a little much for your home bar, here’s the highball version.
Cherry Street Cocktail
(Makes 1 Serving)
2 ounces Buffalo Trace Bourbon
.5 ounces Dolin Vermouth
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 smoked cherry
1. Mix the bourbon, vermouth, and bitters.
2. Serve on the rocks, garnished with a smoked cherry
