    Kimberly and Doug tied the knot in a romantic and cozy ceremony on May 19, 2012, at the Lebanon home of close friends, who witnessed their first date together on a double date years earlier.

How They Met: Longtime colleagues at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Doug and Kimberly became friends and supported each other while they were both going through divorces. As a precaution, Doug asked their boss if they were allowed to date before asking Kimberly out—thankfully she said yes. Two years later, Doug proposed to Kimberly on her birthday. New Beginnings: The couple chose to have their wedding in the spring because of its symbolic representation of bringing their families together, growing and beginning a new life as one.
