There’s no better place to get your buzz on this coming Sunday than at Pour Over Cincy / NKY. Eight locally owned coffee roasters will be on hand, with dairy from Snowville Creamery and food provided by Happy Chicks Bakery, Grateful Grahams, Brown Bear Bakery, and Pizzeria Locale. The event is sponsored by 513{eats} in an effort to spotlight independent food businesses, and will take place at The Northern Kentucky Incubator Kitchen in Newport.
“We have an amazing coffee community in the tristate,” says 513{eats} co-founder Ilene Ross. “And we’ve put together a great collaborative showcase for these businesses. 513{eats} was founded to champion locally owned companies and this is the first of what I hope will be many such events.”
Advance tickets can be purchased here for $10 or at the door for $12. Tickets entitle guests to sample up to a dozen snacks or 4 oz. coffee pours. Vendors will have additional items for sale. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Food4Farmers and the local chapter of Chefs Collaborative.
