You already know 1215 Wine Bar & Coffee Lab for its cozy-cool vibe and above-average menu of snacks (oh hey, fried marcona almonds). Now owners Daniel Souder and Joanna Kirkendall are trying their hands at dinner service with their latest OTR venture, Pleasantry. Chef Evan Hartman has created a menu highlighting seasonal ingredients that are sourced from sustainable farmers, fishers, and butchers, and the wine list will feature natural wines—that is, those that are organically grown and minimally processed.
