Thanksgiving is rough pumpkins for the meatless crowd. Even foods like stuffing and sweet potato casserole—meatless to the trusting and/or untrained eye—are often made with chicken broth, or topped with gelatin-containing marshmallows. Pickin’s are slim.

The venerable OTR general store and eatery is hosting a progressive dinner with an all-vegan menu, designed to inspire your own plant-based holiday food-fest. The dinner starts at Park + Vine, and travels down Main Street to Iris Book Cafe, MOTR, Underground—a Hen of the Woods Production, and Macaron Bar. There will also be treats from Babushka Pierogies, Chocolats Latour, Grateful Grahams, Happy Chicks Bakery, and Hopwater.
The menu includes sweet potato pierogi, a roasted carrot salad tossed in mango-avovado dressing, fried tofurkey with mushroom gravy, and more. Happy Thanksgiving to all, and to all a good night.
