Carriage House Farm Announces “2015 On-Farm Dinner Series”

196

Carriage House Farm has announced a series of dinners they will be hosting through fall 2015. Each event will bring on local culinary legends to serve an intimate meal (just 13 diners) emphasizing the character of the chef and seasonality of the ingredients.

Each installment of “The 2015 On-Farm Dinner Series” will showcase a different master chef preparing food on a wood-fired oven and grill on the farm’s open-air dining terrace. And for some extra flare, a handful of the dinners will include collaborative appearances from other chefs, such as Todd Kelly of Orchids, Jose Salazar of Salazar, and Dan Wright of Abigail Street.

Carriage House, a family-owned Ohio Century Farm established in 1855 in North Bend, works to foster Cincinnati’s distinct food culture by supplying chefs and retailers in the area with fresh ingredients from the region. They will also be working with other farms and producers in the area for the series, including Chocolats Latour, Grateful Grahams, Sixteen Bricks Bakery, MadTree Brewing, Mud Foot Farm, Sheltowee Farm, and more.

Below is the current list of dinners and chefs, with more possibly being announced later in the season. Reservations can be made via their event page here.
