Did you know?

The Renaissance at The Power Building is part of the Cincinnati East Manufacturing and Warehouse District? Registered as an historic district in 1999, this area contains 23 contributing buildings between E. Court St, Eighth Street, Broadway, and Main Street. The Late 19th and 20th Century buildings in the district are mostly five to seven stories tall and originally housed industry and manufacturing operations.

In the late 20th Century, several of the buildings were converted from industrial space into luxury apartments. The Power Building (1903) at East 8th Street is now the Renaissance at The Power Building and managed by Towne Properties.
